Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund less cancellation fee. 10-21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund less cancellation fee/s is returned if the proeprty is rebooked. Less than 10 days notice (inc. non arrival) – full payment of period booked is required. 23) Refunds - You should expect to receive your refund within five (5) business days of written notification of the cancellation, in many cases you will receive a refund immediately. Bank transfers routinely take 1-2 days to process electronic transfers. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund.
Booking Modification Policy
We will make every attempt to change your booking without cost. Other bookings may impede the change.
